DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy

Effective Date: June 23, 2026

CelebGun (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, film studios, and photographers. We operate in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation.

As a digital media index and user-generated content (UGC) repository, we host user-submitted images, index publicly available streams, and allow community embedding. Because we do not pre-screen or monitor every piece of content uploaded by our community, we rely on copyright owners to notify us of unauthorized uses.

We will respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright infringement committed on our website.

3. Third-Party Embedded Video Content

Please note that a significant portion of the video content available on our platform consists of links or embedded video players utilizing public APIs from third-party websites (such as Twitter/X, Reddit, or public video hosting networks).

  • CelebGun does not host, upload, or control these external streams on our servers.
  • Removing a post from our website will not remove the video from the internet or its native host site.

We provide our community and visitors with an active Flagging Mechanism on every post.
